Most packages include accommodation, meals, sightseeing, transportation, and a houseboat stay (if applicable). Flight/train tickets, personal expenses, and entry fees to attractions may not be included unless specified.

Confirmation of Tour Package is subject to the remittance of 25% of the total tour cost in advance and another 50% One-month Prior, balance 25% to be paid on arrival.

Wherein due to unavoidable circumstances by the guests, who are NOT able to execute the tour, the following policy will apply.

• For Advance paid and subsequently cancelled before – 90 days - 25 % of the total tour cost.
• Between 30th day and 7th day of the tour commencement – 50 % of the total tour cost
• Between 7th day and 1st day will be treated as NO SHOW, and no refund is permitted

No refund is applicable If the tour is indefinitely cancelled due to natural calamity, riots, political calamities or any other unforeseen calamities
