Note: Given quote is valid for minimum (02 pax ) paying persons only. Slight alterations in the accommodation may become unavoidable due to unavailability of rooms in mentioned hotels, but the accommodation so provided will be of the same class. At all the Hotels Check-in time is 14:00 hrs & Check-out time 11:00 hrs Check in time in the Houseboat is 12:00 noon and Check out time 09:00 am Child below 5 yrs stay complimentary Munnar & Thekkady Non A/c Rooms are provided due to Low Temp. Car & Chaufer service are provided from 8.00 am to 8.00 Pm, except during Political bandh & medical emergencies. Reservation Terms

Confirmation of Tour Package is subject to the remittance of 25% of the total tour cost in advance and another 25% One week prior balance 50% to be paid prior to the commencement of the tour so as to reconfirm all the arrangements on definite arrival basis. Please find the account details as follows.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

GoGeo Holidays, has a policy, wherein due to unavoidable circumstances by the guests, who are Not able to execute the tour, the following policy will apply.

a) For Advance paid and subsequently cancelled before – 90 days - 25 % of the total tour cost.
b) Between 30th day and 7th day of the tour commencement – 50 % of the total tour cost
c) Between 7th day and 1st day will be treated as NO SHOW, and no refund is permitted
No refund is applicable If the tour is indefinitely cancelled due to natural calamity, riots, political calamities or any other unforeseen calamities

Note- Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs - In case of cancellation of tour / travel services after the booking is made with us - a minimum 20% service charges would be applicable.

For the purpose of determining , the number of prior days, for the purpose of refund, the tour commencement date is to be excluded from such calculation.

Law & Jurisdiction

For all complaints, suits, claims or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to any products offered by GoGeo Holidays , will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of Court of Ernakulam.
